About the Academy
A free academy, run by practitioners
INTEGRTR is an SAP and HR integration consultancy. INTEGRTR Academy is the part of it we give away: #learnAndShare is not a campaign, it is how the team already works internally, made public.

What we hold to
Three rules we do not bend
Free, with no invoice behind it
No fees, no trial that quietly ends, no sales call. Lessons need a free account, your email and a one time code, and that is the whole ask. The syllabus, outcomes and catalog stay open to everyone.
Written by people who ship
Every course comes from an INTEGRTR consultant or engineer who does this work on real customer landscapes. The examples are the ones that caused us trouble first.
Short enough to finish
Lessons are sized for a coffee break, not a training week. A chapter you can finish is worth more than a curriculum you never start.
Why the courses are free
Integration knowledge tends to sit behind partner portals, paid certifications and project NDAs. That is a poor deal for the people doing the work, and in the long run it is a poor deal for us too: a market that understands integration is a better market to work in.
So we publish what we know. If a course saves you a week of guessing at an OData filter or a SuccessFactors permission model, that is the whole return we are looking for. If it also makes you think of INTEGRTR the next time a landscape needs connecting, so much the better.
Who writes them
Consultants, developers and architects at INTEGRTR. The ABAP and abapGit material comes from the people maintaining our own codebases. The Integration Suite, OData and Cloud Foundry migration courses come from delivery work on customer tenants. The SuccessFactors and Workday material comes from HR integration projects. The wireframing and authentication courses come from the product side of the house.
Nothing here is ghost-written or repackaged vendor documentation. Where a course is opinionated, it is opinionated because a real project made it so.
What changed when we moved
The Academy used to run on a hosted learning platform. It worked, but it was slower than it needed to be, and the content was not really ours to move around. This site is the same courses, rebuilt as a fast site we own, with a free account in front of the lessons instead of a platform in front of everything.
Two honest notes about the move:
- Quizzes are self-check only. The old platform exported the question text but not the answer options, so quizzes appear as prompts to test your own understanding rather than something that scores you.
- A few lecture notes did not come across. Where a lesson was a player-only page or its notes were not part of the export, we say so in the lesson instead of quietly leaving a blank.
How accounts and progress work
Lessons need a free account. You give us an email address, we send a 6 digit code, and that is the whole sign up: no password, no card, no sales call. Everything else, the catalog, each course page with its syllabus and outcomes, the learning paths and the workshops, stays open to everyone.
Once you are signed in, completed lessons, quiz scores, notes and records of achievement live on your account, so they follow you between devices rather than dying with a browser’s site data. Saved courses still work before you sign in, and come with you when you do.
Right now the Academy holds 11 courses and 162 lessons, and it grows whenever someone on the team has something worth teaching.
Something you wish we taught?
Course requests are welcome. Tell us the topic and the pain behind it, and it goes on the list.
